A scale is not just a scale. There are many types of scales…… scales on fish….. scales you weigh things with….. the scale of a map….. or perhaps, when you scale a mountain….. In terms of music, it’s always built on scales…. Oh! you ask, what’s the difference between music and a scale? Well you give a scale sound, shape and a beat. 

There is a C major scale, there is a D major scales and remember kids a well played scale is music to the ears………
